Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, within Pakistan. You pay a Rs.1,000 advance to confirm the order, and the remaining amount is paid in cash when your parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take in Pakistan?
Orders are delivered nationwide within 3–5 working days after confirmation.
Do you deliver Pakistani dresses outside Pakistan?
Yes, we ship worldwide to overseas Pakistanis and other customers. After you place your order, our representative will contact you to confirm the shipping charges for your country. International orders are paid by bank transfer (TT) and dispatched once payment is received.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final and we do not offer exchanges or refunds. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us on WhatsApp at 0334 0002330 within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it. See our Refund Policy.
Why was my order cancelled even after I shared the payment screenshot?
Our team confirms orders on WhatsApp. If your WhatsApp number is different from your delivery number and you did not mention it while ordering, we may not be able to reach you, and the order can be cancelled due to incomplete contact details.
My WhatsApp number and phone number are different. What should I do?
Enter your WhatsApp number in the Contact section at checkout (our team uses it to coordinate with you), and your regular phone number in the Delivery section (it is shared with the courier for delivery).
How can I track my order?
Once your parcel is dispatched, get your M&P Courier tracking number using the Track Order link in our menu by entering the phone number you used in the delivery section. Tracking can take at least 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
